Gotta talk!  So?  What did you think?  We thought that we’d like a lot more Tonks, a lot more Grawp beating the *%#@ out of Hagrid, a lot more time getting to the prophecy,  a lot more of that sexy Ron Weasley…Okay, so we just want MORE!  Why can’t they just split the books into part one and two?  Then they could fit MORE in!  So, we like it enough to see it again tonight…and next week…and then at the IMAX…We’re sick and need help!

Does Hollywood do anything new anymore?  Hairspray (which we loved!), Mamma Mia, The X-Men, The Fantastic Four, Shrek the Third, Pirates of the Caribbean 3, Harry Potter 5, Dreamgirls, Get Smart, Evan Almighty…does it ever end?  This has ALL been done before!  Is it just that the world has run out of stories?  Or has Hollywood lost it’s sense of “make-believe” enough to make up something new?

Do you remember the stuff you used to draw on your notebooks when you were younger?  Would you be caught dead with the same stuff on your notebook now?!?  Prolly not!  Times change, and our tastes change…but tattoos don’t!  Just ask Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie, who have both had to have “certain” names lasered off, or covered up since the “magic” wore off.  And I haven’t seen Angelina add Brad’s name - that’s a woman who’s learned her lesson!

Yeah, Keith Urban is being romantic, but so were Angelina and Johnny, and look where it got them! 

Tats: big mistake or big commitment…or both?

Avril Lavigne is being sued by the 1980’s rock band The Rubinoos, because they claim her song “Girlfriend” is a rip-off of their song “I wanna be your boyfriend”.  Avril is denying that she stole anything, stating that the same five words are also present in two other song lyrics she could think of “off the top of her head”; one by the Rolling Stones, and one by the Ramones.  Both of those bands have been around since before the Rubinoos.

What do you think?  Did she steal it?  Are all love songs more or less made up of the same words?  Are The Rubinoos being greedy?

The things we did for you this weekend!  Went bowling with the young cast members of five of the hottest new shows coming your way for the fall season!  Hung out at the LA Film Festival Family Day with Frequency 5, 6twenty and T-Squad (and quite a few screaming fans, too!), AND went to a dress rehearsal of Corbin’s concert tour performance!!!!  We took tons of video shout outs and stills all weekend long, so soon we’ll get them up and running for you on the site!  This is just one of the girls who couldn’t believe she was this close to BooBoo!   They all had a good time, and even had lunch with about fifteen of their fans that just happened to be there before the show! Now that’s KEWL!

We’re all spiced up about the new movie Ratatouille!  Cute, funny, amazing animation, and not just for kids, this one is a real winner!  Featuring the voices of Patton Oswalt, Janeane Garofalo, Brad Garrett, Lou Romano and Peter O’Toole, and directed by Brad Bird (The Incredibles), we had the best time in the movies this year!
