So, I’m sure you’ve all heard about Nicole’s scandalous “no girls over 100 lbs. will get in to my party” invitation by now!  So what was that?!?  Do you believe she was being funny - you know, making fun of the way the press treats her skinniness - or do you think she was just being the real Nicole?  After all, girlfriend can’t weigh more than 98, tops!  But with all that height, Misha must be over…so go on, give us your dish!

Can you believe, just days after she was seen trying to glom on to Leo DiCaprio in
Cannes (poor guy was stuck on a boat with her – no escape!), she then goes on a vacay with John Mayer to try and patch things up!  What was she thinking?  As long as we’ve got problems, what’s one more?!?  What do you think is really going on in this relationship?

This whole feud between Rosie and Elisabeth is becoming a little scary!  It’s definitely more fun when she’s picking on Donald “Dumptruck” Trump!  Whether you agree or disagree with either of the ladies point of view, it’s just the way she’s going about it that makes us uncomfortable!  I wonder if there are any backstage shenanigans going on that make this come out when the cameras are rolling?  Or maybe a little switch to green tea instead of coffee?  What do you think? 

Yesterday we were besieged!  The boys of Another Big Machine were in to visit and talk about their debut album coming out mid-July! These guys are so cute!  But in a kewl, rocker kind of way!  Grrrr!  Now you can say you knew about them before the rest of the world goes bonkers for them!  We’ll have video of them posted soon at kewlmag.com! 

Then came the Rosso Twins – identical blondes from London, England, who are here to take
America by storm.  You may recognize them from episodes of “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody”!  They were all smiles, enjoying the California sun, before heading back to
England for some down time at home.  We’re definitely feeling popular!

The 17 year old from
Glendale, AZ, was a shoo in to many of us, after her heartfelt rendition of “This Is My Now” on Tuesday night.  We’re just glad there were so many Idols singing so well last night!  Between Carrie, Kelly and Ruben it was quite a show. That’s a live album we’d like to see!

But let’s get back to Jordin?!?  She was the youngest of all the contestants not to mention the youngest American Idol ever crowned. People are saying that Melinda was just too old at the ripe old age of 27 to win. Simon thought it was a shame that Melinda wasn’t in the finals. In a one on one showdown, she definitely took that crown!  But what do you think?

Well, now we are all just a little bit confused. American Idol handed down the vote and last night, the hands down best singer on the show, Melinda Doolittle, was voted off. Nothing against Jordin and Blake – they’re all terrific performers – but THAT VOICE! We’re heartbroken! The only thing that can begin to cheer us up, is the tale of a girl named Jennifer Hudson…who went on to win a couple of awards BIGGER than American Idol! Our hats are off to another true diva gracefully leaving the stage!

Devon Werkheiser stopped by our offices yesterday for a Kewl Mag photo shoot! He’ll be featured in the June issue and will giving away a signed ZVUE player (which if you don’t know is like a video ipod). We talked to him about his upcoming record deal with Universal Records. Yes, I said RECORD DEAL! He’s excited that he’s getting to do a lot of co-writing for his album so that it will be a true reflection of who he is.We talked a lot about girls and dating and food and his musical influences but you’ll have to wait and read about it in our next issue of KEWL! But I can tell you that he’s adorable and 16 and into dating as he does not have a girlfriend!

Also in our offices yesterday was Allen Alvarado of Flight 29 Down. This 10 year old cutie is going to be breaking hearts and soon! The list of girls that have crushes on him grows longer every day and he just can’t keep track! He told us some funny practical jokes that were played on Corbin Bleu and Lauren Storm on set in Hawaii . He aslo signed one of our Pirate books that will be given away in our next isue to one lucky reader!
